Pest Control Center, Inc. is a Family owned Company with over 90 years of combined owner’s experience. The company has grown from 2 routes in 1986 to currently 15 in the Sacramento area and 5 in El Dorado County. We service over 7,000 customers in the Sacramento Region. This encompasses Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Yolo and part of Solano Counties. Pest Control Center, Inc. employs approximately 35 personnel in 2 offices. The main office is at 3845 Madison Ave in North Highlands and our branch office at 5761 Pleasant Valley Road in El Dorado. Pest Control Center, Inc. are members of Pest Control Operators of California, several city chambers of commerce in the area, AIB, BOMA and RHA.
Pest Control Center is a California State licensed full service pest and termite control company. We are also state licensed to provide agricultural services including tree, ornamental, forest and weed control services.
CEO – Dick Scoville founded Pest Control Center, Inc. (PCC) in February 1986 and has been involved in the pest control industry since 1962. Licensed since 1967, Dick started in S. California then moved to Sacramento in November 1967 were he opened Hydrex PC and then sold it in 1980. Dick is also the mentor for all the managers and staff at Pest Control Center.
President – Steve Scoville came to PCC in September 1986 and has been in the industry since June 1975; became Br 2 & 3 licensed in 1979. Managed the termite department from 1986-1999. He has been PCC President since 1999 leading all Management since. Steve has been involved in the State Pest Control association (P.C.O.C.) since 1989 & was PCOC president in 2006-07.
Branch Manager – Vince Scoville came to PCC in August 1988 and has been licensed in the industry since. In 1995 he became “Branch Manager” in Placerville Office. Vince has an extensive automotive back-ground and is also one of our weed control experts.
Operations Manager – Darrin Ashburn came to PCC in July 2002 and has been licensed and in the industry since. Darrin became residential supervisor in October 2007 and the pest control “Operations Manager” June 2008 to present.
Sales & Marketing Manager – Harry Case came to PCC in September 2006. He has been licensed and in the Structural Pest Control industry since May of 2005. Harry also has 16 & ˝ years experience in the related field of Landscape Pest Control as a licensed, “Pesticide Operator,” in the state of Washington. More than half of his career Harry has been successfully involved in sales, serving both residential and commercial customers.
Office Administrator/Human Resources & Bookkeeper/Controller – Karen Scoville & Chris Nowlin came to PCC in August 1992 & April 1990 respectfully. They represent and support us extremely well with care and compassion. Both have extensive backgrounds for training any new personnel in proper paperwork & money handling and in all human resources areas.
Pest Control Center is an active member of the Pest Control Operators of California Association and subscribes to the association's code of ethics. We also belong to several civic and non–profit organizations.
