Schools, both public and private provide unique challenges when it comes to pest control. Parents want their children to have a clean, pest free school environment that is conducive to academic excellence. At the same time many of them have concerns about the use of many of the commonly used pest control materials. Additionally, new regulations, such as the California Healthy Schools Act, have put in place strict procedures and policies that must be followed when treating any place where children are being taught and cared for.
